Built by recruiters to close the gaps in recruiting technology

We built Personegy because our recruiters were doing too much work between the tools: managing high volumes of applicants, keeping candidates informed, repeating the same tasks and pulling together reports by hand.

Working inside those gaps showed us what needed to change. Personegy brings candidate communications, automation, AI-powered recruiting tools, analytics and bulk actions together so teams can spend more time on candidates and hiring decisions.

Why we built Personegy

The gaps were part of our recruiters’ working day

Our recruiters knew the roles, the hiring managers and the candidates. The friction came from the work their tools left behind: high application volumes to review, messages to follow up, repeated updates and reporting spread across systems.

We built Personegy around those needs: AI sourcing and matching to focus attention, communications and automations to keep candidates engaged, analytics to see what needs action, and bulk changes to reduce repetitive work.

The goal is practical: help recruiting teams handle volume without losing the candidate experience, and give recruiters more time for the conversations and decisions that need them.

The team behind the platform

Recruiting experience behind the technology

Personegy grew out of NXTThing’s recruiting work. Teams can use the platform with their own recruiters or discuss recruiting support when they need more capacity.

Technology alone

When the software is the answer

You have recruiters who know the roles and the hiring managers. What they lack is hours, because the steps between application and interview are done by hand across separate tools. Personegy takes those steps and gives the hours back.

Sounds like

  • Recruiters are good, and buried
  • The ATS is fine, the tools around it are not
  • The board wants numbers you cannot pull

People alone

When you need recruiters, not tools

A new site, a surge, a recruiting team of one. Software cannot fill a seat that has nobody in it. NXTThing puts recruiters inside your team, working on Personegy, for as long as the need lasts.

Sounds like

  • Requisitions are aging with nobody working them
  • A plant opens in ninety days
  • Your only recruiter resigned

Both

When the hiring is temporary but the process needs fixing

The surge will end, and when it does you would rather not be back where you started. NXTThing recruiters run the surge on Personegy, and when they leave the platform, the record and the process stay with your team.

Sounds like

  • Seasonal or project hiring, every year
  • Every surge means a new vendor and a new mess
  • You want to end up self-sufficient

Same people either way

You can start with either and change your mind later

It is natural to worry that picking one closes the door on the other, and it does not. Teams move from the service to the software when their own recruiters are ready, and back again for a surge.

The record travels with them.

Frequently asked questions

What buyers ask about the two names, usually once they notice the same people answer both phones.

What is the relationship between Personegy and NXTThing?

Personegy was built by recruiters at NXTThing to address the gaps they experienced in recruiting tools. It brings together the capabilities they needed to handle hiring volume, communicate with candidates, automate repetitive work and understand performance.

Teams can use Personegy with their own recruiters and discuss NXTThing recruiting support when needed.

When is the software the better fit, and when is the service?

Personegy fits teams that have recruiters in place but lose time to manual steps between application and interview. NXTThing fits teams that need people to carry requisitions, support a new site or manage a surge. If both are true, the recruiters can work on Personegy while your team builds capacity.

What is recruitment process outsourcing?

Recruitment process outsourcing brings an external recruiting team into some or all of your hiring process. NXTThing recruiters, coordinators and program managers work alongside your team on an agreed scope, with the candidate record and process kept in Personegy.
