Let candidates book the next step, from interview to start date

Candidates can choose an interview time, reserve a place at a hiring event or book an available start date. Your team sets the availability and capacity for each step.

For interviews, managers share availability and candidates choose a time in the application conversation. Calendar invitations, reminders and rescheduling keep the process moving without the back-and-forth.

  • Recruiter: Of course. Choose a time that works:

Calendar sync with Outlook and Google Calendar

Interviewers keep the calendar they have. The scheduler reads free time from Outlook or Google Calendar, offers only that, and writes the booking back as a normal event with the candidate's record attached.

When a hiring manager blocks an afternoon, the slots disappear for candidates the same second.

Scheduling is not a separate purchase

Every standalone scheduling tool on the market exists to fill the gap between the screen and the interview.

It is a second contract, a second login and a second integration to keep alive, for a step that only exists because the screening tool and the ATS did not talk.

Here the screen and the interview are two steps on the same record, so the scheduling happens in between as a matter of course. There is no line item for it.

Frequently asked questions

What talent leaders ask about scheduling, including the one about the tool they already pay for.

How does candidate self-scheduling work?

When a candidate reaches the interview stage, the scheduler reads the interviewer's live Outlook or Google Calendar, texts the candidate the open slots that fit the requisition's rules, and books the one they pick.

Invite, reminders and the ATS update happen automatically, and the candidate can reschedule from the same text.

Is scheduling a separate purchase?

In the workflow shown here, scheduling is part of the same platform and candidate record as screening. Confirm the scope and commercial terms for your team during the demo.

Does it connect to Outlook and Google Calendar?

Yes. The scheduler reads available time from Outlook or Google Calendar and writes the interview back as a normal event. Changes to availability are reflected in the times candidates can choose.

What about panel interviews?

Your team can configure panel interviews, one-on-one meetings, sequential interviews or group sessions for each requisition. The booking uses the required interviewers’ availability and the rules you set.

Our recruiters spend the day setting up interviews for hourly roles. Can that stop?

Candidates who reach the threshold can choose an available time without a recruiter arranging it by hand. Confirmations, reminders and rescheduling stay in the same conversation, while recruiters handle the exceptions.
