Applies to personegy.ai. Platform use is governed by the customer agreement
These terms cover personegy.ai, the marketing site. They are short because the site does little: it describes the platform, publishes what we have written about hiring, and lets you ask for a call.
Use of the Personegy platform itself, by a customer or by a candidate in a customer's hiring process, is governed by that customer's agreement with us, not by this page.
Using this site
By using personegy.ai you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, the site is still free to read, but the forms and downloads are offered on the basis that you do.
The site is provided by Personegy, a division of NXTThing, for people evaluating recruiting software for their organization. Information you give us through a form is handled as set out in the Privacy Policy.
Booking a call, downloading a document or reading an article does not create a contract for the platform. That happens separately, in writing, with your organization.
Acceptable use
Use the site the way a reasonable evaluator would. Read it, share it, quote it with attribution, ask for a demo if you want one. Do not use it in ways that interfere with it working for other people or that misrepresent who you are.

- Scrape or bulk-download the site, probe or test its security without written permission, submit forms with false or someone else's details, or use automated tools to book calls or download documents.

- Reproduce the site or its content on another site, or use our name, logo or the Personegy or NXTThing marks in a way that suggests endorsement.
- You may
- Link to any page, quote reasonable excerpts with a link back, and share downloaded documents inside your organization for the purpose of an evaluation.
Intellectual property
The site, its text, images, design and the documents available for download are owned by Personegy or licensed to it, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Personegy, NXTThing and their logos are trademarks.
Names of applicant tracking systems and other products mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners, and their appearance here does not imply a partnership or endorsement beyond the integrations described.
If you send us feedback or suggestions about the site or the platform, we may use them without obligation to you. If you believe content on the site infringes your rights, contact us using the details in the Privacy Policy and we will look into it promptly.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
The site describes the platform as it exists at the time of writing and is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate, and we say plainly on the page where a figure or claim is still waiting for a source.
Descriptions of capabilities, integrations and outcomes are for evaluation and are not a warranty. What the platform does for your organization is set out in your agreement with us.
To the extent the law allows, Personegy is not liable for loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content, including indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state and country in which Personegy's operating entity is registered, and any dispute about them will be heard in the courts there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
If you are a consumer with mandatory rights under the law where you live, those rights are not affected.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site changes. When we do, the effective date changes with them, and where a change is material we will say what changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
