Implementation
We set Personegy up the way your team already recruits. You keep your stages, your questions and the ATS you have, and setup runs alongside your open requisitions so nothing pauses while it happens.
We confirm the schedule around your integration scope, access and review requirements during discovery.
Teams powered by Personegy

From discovery to go-live
Every phase has a named owner on our side and one clear ask of your team. Talent leaders we meet expect setup to eat a quarter of their recruiters’ time, and the plan is built so it does not.
Typical overlay implementation: about three weeks. Phase timing is agreed during discovery.

We sit with your recruiters and map how a candidate moves today, from posting to start date. Every stage, question and rule is written down before anything is built.
What we need from you
Two hours with your recruiting team and a walk through a few live requisitions.
Phase timing is agreed during discovery.
We build your stages, screening questions, scoring criteria and scheduling rules into Personegy. You review them on your own roles, and we change whatever reads wrong.
What we need from you
One recruiter who can say yes or no to the criteria.
Phase timing is agreed during discovery.
Personegy connects to your ATS with the licenses you already hold. Candidates, statuses and notes write back to the record your team works in.
What we need from you
An ATS admin for one working session.
Phase timing is agreed during discovery.
A handful of requisitions run end to end with real candidates. Recruiters see what changes, and we tune the rules from what they tell us.
What we need from you
A few open roles and the recruiters who own them.

The rest of your requisitions come across, and the same team that set it up stays on the account.
What we need from you
A go-live date on the calendar.
Your process, your rules
Stages, questions, criteria, scheduling rules, messaging and reporting are set with your recruiters in the room. The shared record carries those settings through every capability, so a rule written once holds everywhere.

Two ways to run it
Most teams keep Workday, UKG, SuccessFactors or iCIMS and run Personegy as an overlay with the licenses they already hold. Teams without an ATS, or ready to leave one, run Personegy on its own.
Candidates, statuses, notes and interview times write back to the ATS record. Recruiters keep working where they work today and see the ranked list, booked calendar and conversation inside it.
About three weeks to live, with scope and readiness confirmed in discovery.
Requisitions, candidates and offers live in Personegy. History from a previous system comes across in discovery, and the timeline depends on how much of it you want to keep.
We give you that date after the first session.
Who you work with
The implementation lead on your account has carried requisitions inside NXTThing, usually on the same ATS you run. When a screening question reads wrong or a scheduling rule will not survive a Monday, they say so before it ships.
After go-live the same person stays on the account. There is no handoff to a support queue.

Hear from our customers
What talent leaders ask once the demo is over and the calendar comes out.
About three weeks as an overlay on the ATS you already run, with the schedule confirmed around your scope, system access and approvals. If you are replacing an ATS or migrating history, we agree the timeline after discovery.
We name an implementation lead and agree an owner on your side. Your team brings the recruiting decisions and ATS access; the implementation lead coordinates the setup plan, reviews and pilot with you.
Setup runs alongside your open requisitions. We start with a few roles in the pilot so your recruiters can review the experience and refine the rules before the wider rollout.
For an overlay, your ATS remains the system of record. Discovery maps existing candidates, stages and write-back rules. If you are replacing an ATS, we agree which history to bring across and validate the migration before go-live.
Bring the part of the process you want to improve first. We can plan an initial scope around it, agree its dependencies and map how additional capabilities would connect to the same candidate record.
Bring your UKG setup to discovery. We map the hiring-to-onboarding handoff, required fields and available integration permissions with your ATS or HR system admin, then confirm the supported workflow and test it before launch.
Bring a requisition to a call
Bring one open role and the name of your ATS. We’ll outline the setup, testing and decisions needed for your rollout, then confirm the timing for your scope.
