Proof points

Personegy helped Caliber improve workforce stability, return recruiter capacity to critical roles, and create a consistent hiring experience across more than 1,800 locations.

Workforce stability: Below 45% entry-level turnover, down from nearly 60% Recruiter capacity: 15 hours/week saved through scheduling automation and reminders Hiring at scale: ~7,000 annual hires supported through centralized high-volume hiring

The Challenge

Caliber Collision manages 600 to 800 open positions across more than 1,800 locations. As hiring demand grew, entry-level turnover approached 60%, lengthy applications and fragmented technology created candidate friction, and inefficient Workday integration slowed the process.

More than 70 internal recruiters were also spending significant time on repetitive high-volume hiring instead of harder-to-fill roles such as body technicians and general managers.

Caliber needed more than faster hiring. It needed a model that could support growth, improve workforce stability, and make better use of its recruiting team.

What Personegy did

Personegy became the front-end platform for Caliber's high-volume hiring process, integrated directly with Workday. The new experience combined mobile-first bilingual apply, quick apply and chat, automated scheduling and candidate workflows, and geo-targeted hiring across local markets. Repeatable activities moved to technology, giving recruiters more capacity for positions where judgment and personal engagement mattered most.

What used to take days now happens in minutes, and the automation frees up our recruiters to focus on building real connections with candidates. Since adopting the platform, we've seen faster hires, fewer drop-offs, and a noticeable improvement in candidate satisfaction. — Jim D'Amico, VP, Talent Acquisition, Caliber Collision

The outcome

Personegy helped Caliber create a more stable and scalable frontline workforce while changing where its recruiting team spends its time. Entry-level turnover fell below 45%, more than 70 recruiters gained capacity for strategically important roles, and Caliber established a consistent high-volume model capable of supporting approximately 7,000 hires annually.

The business impact goes beyond recruiting efficiency: greater workforce stability, more recruiting capacity for critical talent, and an operating model that can scale without continually adding recruiter headcount.

What's next

Caliber continues to use Personegy to automate repeatable high-volume hiring while preserving recruiter involvement where human expertise matters most.
